Featuring two businesses that are made for each other, South County Bread Company, and Capizzano Olive Oils & Vinegars.
Come and break bread with us on Saturday, April 9th from 12:00 to 2:00pm.
Stephen and Suzanne Capizzano will be offering educational tastings of a variety of olive oils and vinegars that South County Bread Company features exclusively.
You will be able to discern the difference between supermarket olive oils and fresh seasonal extra virgin olive oils, along with supermarket balsamic vinegars and Capizzano’s aged balsamic vinegars. Enjoy sampling these exceptional extra virgin olive oils on delicious fresh baked breads. Taste exquisite Gordal and Manzanilla Olives from a grove in Spain that Capizzano’s works with. They will feature a special treat using their Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil and then enjoy a refreshing balsamic mocktail.
Stephen and Suzanne hold certifications for Sensory Evaluations of Olive Oils from UC Davis Olive Center. They are excited to break bread with the South County Bread Company’s community on Saturday, April 9th from 12:00 – 2:00pm. Join us for a memorable experience!
