Suzanne’s Salad Pasta

(This one is for you Turtle!)

  • Orecchiette pasta, cooked & drained – 1 cup serving
  • Arugula, large handful …
  • Basil leaves, fresh & snipped
  • Broccoli, steamed and chopped
  • Mozzarella balls, cut in half (4 = 8 halves)
  • Yellow cherry tomates, 4 cut in half
  • Robust EVOO I used Hojiblanca
  • Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic
  • Makai Sea Salt to finish

Toss cooked pasta with all these great veggies, add the mozzarella balls halved, yellow cherry tomatoes, add our robust extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), then drizzle with our Black Mission Fig Dark Balsamic add a dash of Makai Sea Salt to taste.

With more veggies this dish adds the fiber for a healthy satisfied full feeling. Many options for EVOO & Balsamic Vinegar choices!
