Black Cherry Mint Mocktail

- 1 cup pitted fresh or frozen (thawed) black cherries
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, plus 4 sprigs for garnish
- 1 ½ ounces of Capizzano’s Black Cherry Aged Balsamic Vinegar
- ¼ cup lime juice
- 3 cups cherry-flavored seltzer
Put cherries, mint leaves and Black Cherry Aged Balsamic Vinegar in a blender and blend slowly- pulsing several times until chunky smooth.
Stir in lime juice.
Pour mixture in tall glasses then fill the glasses with ice and top with seltzer.
Garnish with mint sprigs and a couple cherries on a toothpick.
