    • Fresh tomatoes sliced thick
    • Mozzarella cheese, sliced thin
    • Fresh basil leaves
    • Asparagus tips only, steamed
    • Capizzano's Medium or Robust Intensity EVOO or Basil Infused Olive Oil
    • Traditional Aged 18 year Balsamic Vinegar, to drizzle on top
    • Sea Salt to taste



    Stack and layer the tomato, mozzarella cheese, tomato, asparagus tips, tomato, mozzarella, basil leaves, tomato. Drizzle the Olive Oil over the top with the Aged Balsamic Vinegar, add a dash of sea salt. Enjoy with fresh baked baguette, Capizzano Olives, cheese and your favorite drink.
