Tomato & Olive Salad

    • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1/2 cup Capizzano’s Garlic Stuffed or La Abuela olives, halved
    • 3-4 tablespoons of Capizzano’s Medium or Robust Premium extra virgin olive oil
    • ¼ cup garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
    • Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
    • Sea salt and black pepper to taste



    Toss all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl, serve room temperature (BEST) or chilled.
