Tomato & Olive Salad

Ingredients
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup Capizzano’s Garlic Stuffed or La Abuela olives, halved
- 3-4 tablespoons of Capizzano’s Medium or Robust Premium extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Toss all ingredients together in a small mixing bowl, serve room temperature (BEST) or chilled.
